Terms of Service

I only accept Paypal and Cashapp (Cashapp highly preferred)

When using PayPal if you choose to use goods and services select no address needed.

If using goods and services I require you to pay the fee, please send an extra $2-$8 because making me pay that fee is completely unfair.

I require full payment upfront(please send reference sheet first) but you can discuss a payment plan if the price is high enough

I require an unshaded reference sheet or a detailed easy to follow digital image of the character

I will not draw copyrighted characters(anime characters,Pokémon,beastars characters, tv show characters, etc) fan inspired ocs are fine though.

I have the right to refuse to draw a character or pose for whatever reason.

You may use commissioned sketches from me and finish/color them for yourself.

Be aware that I cannot straight up draw clothing. If you’d like your oc to be wearing something you must already have art of that oc wearing the outfit you’d like me to draw them in.

I don’t draw children/children like ocs.

I suck at female anatomy.(I will draw feminine characters but don’t expect curvy/busty art)

I don’t price haggle. My prices are set like this for a reason so if you don’t like it wait for a sale or don’t commission.

If you don’t provide a preferred pose or expression I will assume it’s being left up to me. I will not change a pose once out of the sketch phase if you didn’t provide me one.

I don’t draw mechs/robot like ocs

I do not do deadlines. You may provide a certain date you’d like it done by but I cannot promise anything. I try to provide many updates if I’m gonna take awhile.

Do not tamper with my watermarks and ALWAYS credit me if reposting.

Do not use my artwork as a way to profit from. (This includes Merch, NFTs)

You may request me to email Art or send through ToyHouse.

I send plenty of progress pictures and it’s up to you to tell me if somethings wrong. Once I’ve begun shading(if that’s what you requested) I will not fix any lineart or coloring mistakes. That is 100% on you.

I do not offer refunds upon request. I will refund you if I feel the commission may not be finished.

You may edit my Art slightly (ex. I forgot to add freckles or piercings to a character) but do not change the art into an entirely different character.

I will not service to Zoophiles, Pedophiles, Racists, Homophobes, Transphobes, and other bad people.

All adopts made by me must be credited .

You may resell my adopts for what you payed for. Do not sell for more unless they have more Art.

You may edit my designs.

I allow small payment plans for adopts over $20 but it must be discussed beforehand.

Once the adopt is purchase you may use them for whatever reasons.

I will not sell adopts to Zoophiles, Pedophiles, Racists, Homophobes, Transphobes, and other bad people.
